Read Connect's response to the Scottish Government consultation on revisions to the National Outcomes of the National Performance Framework.
We focus on the outcomes relating to health and wellbeing, children and young people and education. Our submission
- calls for explicit mention of UNCRC incorporation
- welcomes the inclusion of families
- calls for the explicit mention of families in the education outcomes, as well as support staff, not just teacher.
We also ask for an explanation of how the Outcomes map onto other national strategic frameworks.
